Himeji Factory

This plant has a Display Division (COG mounting, FOG mounting, FOB mounting, Module Assembly), Bonding Division (Films, touch panels cover glasses) and SMT Division (SMT mounting, Assembly) with clean rooms, enabling turnkey manufacturing.

With advanced technology and a rigorous Quality First principle, we provide high density and high precision mounting and assembly services by focusing on Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD), to support from small-scale prototyping to mass production depending on the needs of our customers.

Kumamoto Factory

With clean rooms on 4 floors, (1000m2 each), we are ready to meet high quality requirements in our facilities.

In the Display Division, we conduct turnkey manufacturing of small to mid-size panels, which covers from bonding of polarizing plates (films), COG & FOG mounting to fabrication & inspection. In the production of touch panels, we use bonding technology to make products with even better quality.

In the SMT Division, as a turnkey manufacturing plant for parts mounting, we have facilities that are capable of small-scale to mass production depending on the needs of SMT, SMD, DIP, fabrication or final inspection.
We deliver high density, high precision, micro and large-scale mounting services considering the best quality, cost and delivery (QCD) for each customer, with our advanced technology and rigorous Quality First principle.

Fukushima Factory

The Fukushima Factory is about 1 hour 30 minutes from the Tokyo metropolitan area via Shinkansen (nearest station: Kagamishi station).
It is 10 minutes by car from Fukushima Airport (Itami → Fukushima 65 minutes), accessible from each metropolitan area of Kanto and Kansai, It is located in the Karikishi Eastern Industrial Park.
Our main products are Display products (organic ELDisplay, TouchPanel) and SMT products,Under quality first principle, even by cost improvement etc. through original improvement activities etc.

Also, in recent years, we applied the technology of Display products cultivated so far,We are also working on DirectBonding using OCA and OCR,We are doing activities aiming at ommercialization together with customers from the development stage.

Fukuoka Office

Suzhou Factory

This is our overseas manufacturing site for a turnkey manufacturing of LCD mounting modules, from TFT LCD and STN LCD panels, to polarizing plate bonding, COG mounting, FOG mounting and to backlight assembly/inspection.
Ranging from 2.2 inch to 7.8 inch products, we mainly produce small and mid-size cell phones and multifunction printers.
With a rich lineup of state-of-the-art devices, we provide COG/FOG mounting and module assembly services to customers day-to-day with the best quality, cost and delivery (QCD), based on advanced technology and our rigorous Quality First principle.

Steel Factory

Engineering Business Division has the best R&D and Design staff having always kept up with the needs of the times since our foundation, and combined with technological strength in welding and stamping being of high standard, we make our utmost efforts in plant design and construction as well as steel manufacturing to respond to customers’ “trust.”
